Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and All Tech Masters Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates Sizes Matter. By creating an account or using the app or website you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and use a mobile number you control. One account per phone number.
• Keep your phone secure; anyone who can receive your verification codes can sign in.
• You're responsible for the information you add, including information about family members, and for who you share profiles with.

Scans, referrals and rewards

• New accounts receive free AI scans. Matches from the shared catalog don't use a scan. A daily scan limit applies.
• Referral rewards are granted only when the invited person is a real new user who creates a profile and adds at least 5 items within 14 days of signing up, up to 20 rewarded referrals per account.
• Rewards are denied for self-referrals, shared devices or phone numbers, emulators or modified apps, and other abuse. We may reverse rewards, cap them, or suspend accounts involved in abuse.
• Scans and rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. We never give rewards for purchases made through shopping links.
• Paid plans, if offered, will show their price and terms before you buy and are billed through the App Store or Google Play.

Sizes and suggestions

Scanned results and shopping suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong. Always confirm a size before you buy — especially for vehicle parts, filters and anything safety-related. We aren't responsible for purchases based on incorrect sizes.

Shopping links

Links to retailers are provided for convenience; we may earn a commission. Purchases are between you and the retailer, under the retailer's terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to get around limits, uploading unlawful content or other people's information without permission, or interfering with the service.

Your content

You own what you add. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. Product identities and sizes you confirm may be added, without personal information, to the shared catalog.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
